What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Lack of space in the office is no longer an issue, no more stacks of binders and folders. When someone needs to go back into records and find something it no longer takes hours to do. Google sheets is also much easier to function than excel and is a breeze to create.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike, no complaints regarding google drive.
What do you like best?
Being able to label everything by folder and easy to search for anything. Google drive works perfect no matter what you are using it on computer, ipad or mobile. I like that I can assign colors to folders.

I would recommend to use it to the best needs of your office by setting it up together with your team to make sure everyone understands it, not juts one person.
