What do you dislike about the product?

While the interface is intuitive, there might be a slight learning curve for new users. However, the platform offers helpful tutorials and support resources to ease the onboarding process.

Monday.com boasts a user-friendly interface that simplifies project management. Navigating through tasks, timelines, and team collaboration is a breeze. One of Monday's strengths lies in its seamless integration with other popular tools. The platform acts as a centralized hub, connecting with third-party applications such as Google and Meta, which enhances overall productivity by eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms. They also have a dedicated customer support for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any complaints about Monday.com. However, I would like to be able to add a status/frequency column to a task without it adding that to every task on the board.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday.com is extremely user-friendly; when we have new employees, it is no problem showing them how to use Monday. It has a phenomenal layout for managing projects and delegating who is in charge of each piece of the project. I even keep a personal board that acts as a daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list. Monday even has several integrations like calendar, email, and Slack.

What do you dislike about the product?

We've really not ran into any "downsides" of using Monday.
The organization is great, tech support has been tier 1, and all of our teams benefit greatly from now having this great tool at their disposal.
The only bad thing is that we didn't get it sooner!!

The ability to organize, create, and share page after page of helpful organization has been a real advantage for our teams! The editing abilities are super helpful so each of our remote team members can contribute to their team's success. We utilize this tool on an everyday basis, and its ease of use is seriously impressive! Anyone from a seasoned IT Vet to a first time user can navigate through Monday in just a few minutes time. It intergrates with all of our other apps already in use, so that makes it an easy addition to our network of abilities.
It has been an invaluable tool for us since day one. We highly reccommend Monday to anyone looking to expand their team building through communication and organization!!

Not a dislike, but a realization, if you don't have a project manangement background, you miss the full capabilities of the product and all it can help with!

What do you like best about the product?

The details and organization it can hold. Anything from financial to confidential HR information. The ability to connect information to multiple needs is amazing! You need a project manager expert to do it, but well worth it! It is easy to use and learn. Implementation is easy as well! We are using monday.com to manage HR processes, Pre-Award Reserach needs, financial needs, etc. so our frequency of use is very high!. Customer support has been used little, but thus far has been easy to deal with. Monday.com has been easy to integrate into many of manual processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only negative point is that we still don't have the automation to color the cells, it would be incredible if we could visualize the percentage in color to understand if it is negative or positive.
I leave here my suggestion for improvement. automation to color cells.

What do you like best about the product?

On Monday we are able to consolidate data quickly and efficiently, in addition to all the automations, we have the possibility of creating formulas that help in dynamic visualization of results. I work with E-commerce Data and Monday made everyday life easier. I highly recommend it.

The downside of Modnay, is that at first it can be very daunting, so a structured and reliable onboarding process is needed in order to help with ease of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday does a phenomenal job at consodlidating teams across entire departments, makign emails obsolete and providing a workflow that is not only insightful, but superiorily organized in the way it stores documents and lets you communicate across different teams. We are able to easily loop in new teams while integrating it into new processes across our teams as they continue to grow. I use Monday at least 4 times a day.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, coldly analyzing all the system's features, I can't think of anything I don't like. In fact, I believe that my team's work only works today because of Monday.

What do you like best about the product?

By using the system in our work routine, we were able to reduce meeting time, in addition to automating tasks. This way, we can focus our energy on the work that really matters. Furthermore, with Monday we were able to extract spreadsheets with consolidated data on the work carried out. The integration with email means that system updates are notified directly to the person responsible's email, this is very practical and works perfectly. With the use of Monday in our team, productivity increased considerably. The way the mobile app works is impressive, on days when I don't have my laptop, I can perfectly follow the team's progress.

Monday.com guarantees that the roles and access privileges are configurable based on the participation needs of each individual, however, we must take into account that all these users require licensing, with the exception of those users who will only be for visualization, whose capacity is not limited.
That said, Monday.com guarantees the traceability of each user and the personalization of the processes in which each person interacts.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday.com, a fully parameterizable platform, allows you to automate processes that are executed in the organization daily and require a specific order, allowing work groups from different departments to cooperate on a common objective.
By using Monday.com, team members can receive notifications of updates, and this is configurable depending on how informed we want to be of each change that other team participants make. We can also customize colors, events, and much more.
If we use the work management module, collaborative work becomes simple and here we can program triggers, automatic events, sending notifications, and much more, to generate a workflow that guarantees structure in the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some tools that are so close to working the way we need them to. In particular the calendar function - which with some better integration could serve to help us with forecasting. That said I know this is in the works, so we will be patient.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday.com offers a lot of great functionality and continues to grow and evolve. They consistently announce new features, offer easy to schedule support calls and make their users feel listened to. That's a lot for platform to offer, especially as our team understand the software development side! Our business wouldn't function with many of the clunkier project management and CRM tools, which is why we love Monday.com. The platform is wholly customizable and allows us to function in an agile and responsive fashion - which is critical to our business day-to-day.
