What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to send out my own emails and create campaigns so depending on a customers response or no response a new email will come to them in a timely manner. It is helping me create campaigns that I can easily track. It also gives me great reports on how my emails are doing.

You really have to be trained to use the program to use it effectivly

I love Eloqua for deploying emails and setting up email campaigns and auto campaigns. It also gives you insight on how your email did. Was it opened? did people unsubscribe?
