Has made communication with my team so much easier.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
communication with my team was not effective if we made a group in social media to chat. things would get lost, which is why we moved to slack to keep professional conversations separate and organized.
What do you dislike?
I don't like the lack of available options for creating customized polls. You have to do additional training to navigate through slackbot.
What do you like best?
I love that you can make customized channels based on the topic of the conversations, teammates get notified for mentions. The polls definitely make life alot easier, as well as slack bot reminders. Google Drive integration is by far my most favorite feature! no longer do i have to find documents in my drive, copy their link and send them to someone because they're all right there.
