What do you dislike about the product?

In order to go back to a report you have to exit out from whatever page you are and pretty much start over to be able to pull same report again. this is also for any other report assigned to me.

What do you like best about the product?

How well sorted our projects are within the program. It is very easy to navigate and deal with. The program updates very fast and almost instantly; you see the different task completed.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of Insightly's negatives are their neglect of some older features, it would be nice to see them revisit things like milestones and leads to add additional functionality or deprecate them to simplify the system. The project management and real-time notification systems are in need of attention as well as these features are critical but have not been revised in some time.

What do you like best about the product?

Insightly's AppConnect service is an excellent tool for any enterprise-level business looking to increase efficiency and data integrity via automation. Their phone support team is knowledgeable, polite, and empathetic. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to find someone to resolve the issue if they don't know how. Insightly also takes feedback very seriously; there have been multiple features we've requested that were eventually implemented.

What do you dislike about the product?

Endless options, creating a bit of a trial-and-error period. We are a relationship-driven B2B company and have not yet found a useful application for the digital marketing and app connect components.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to organize opportunity-related documents and connect them to other entries. Something about the bright orange color makes me want to use the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

The least helpful thing I have noticed or found was that there is no chat bubble or a technical person to contact easily unless going through another system. And the database could be organized a little better.

What do you like best about the product?

That is has enough folders to sort out each deparmtent into their each and own reports. I also like the scanning options when in-store. It is easy to navigate and train on.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it takes too long to interact with other software. we use twilio for phone system, and somtimes corky. Should have a phone system module with call recording. some of the JOTforms can use some more combo boxes and dropdowns.

What do you like best about the product?

Clean presentation, Good color contrast makes it easy to see and read, and use. Specially if you are working long hours

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some elements that are a little clunky. For example, when a system user's access is removed, they still show up in Insightly with the "System User" tag. Also, you can't have dynamic page layouts based on certain fields. Little things like that make it just a little more cumbersome to use.

What do you like best about the product?

Insightly has been a very crucial CRM for our business. It's very easy to use and intuitive to customize for our unique business needs. Support is great and always available to steer me in the right direction when I have questions or want to utilize features in a certain way.

What do you dislike about the product?

Perhaps its because I have more access with my workplace than others but at first, it was hard to understand the layout. Maybe have some kind of a walkthru to help new people get a grip on what going on?

What do you like best about the product?

Everything you need in a CRM is all here. From top to bottom, the CRM is organized in such a way that you are able to find anything and everything in a very easy and seamless fashion.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to have the ability to customize more easily without customer success team support for things like a dashboard or other reporting. This may be possible, but as a non-daily user of the platform I just cant invest the time to learn about it.

What do you like best about the product?

Insightly CRM's interface is intuitive / user-friendly, and can be customized independently or with some help from the service team. It helps to manage my pipeline and forecast.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not super happy about the fact that you need to pay extra for some of the most interesting integrations (App Connect). In some cases, you may only use 2 or 3, so it's hard to justify the full cost.

What do you like best about the product?

The service from the Insightly team is great. The tool itself is flexible to adapt to your needs; also, helpful to have Marketing and CRM in the same place. I haven't had much experiences with other CRM tools, though, but so far and after a couple of years of using, complains are minimal.
