A few upgrades needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the organizations and linking to their businesses is helpful. Our projects pipeline works well
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts are a hot mess! Our org is having a very hard time. We focus on the Org, and we can't email to org emails etc and our contacts weren't done properly.
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks and contact emailing need to be improved
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a fine tool, but once the business started to really expand, we've had trouble integrating with our site and others. Definitely some upgrades needed.
