This software is so smart and can do so many different things!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
our entire sales team is much more efficient and automated now. They are more self-sufficient in capturing leads and have amazing technology that they can use. I love that you can round-robin who gets what lead as well.
What do you dislike?
There is a bit of a learning curve. I think this is because there is just SO much that this software can do. Took awhile to learn and get the hang of it. Also dislike that if you remove a user, it deletes all of their links. We unknowingly did this and had to find everywhere the links were.
What do you like best?
We originally began using this because we were trying to use our own software that required a lot of programming any time we wanted to create a landing page. This one, any of our staff can create own and the actions that are required. The leads that come in are automatically assigned where they need to go and it automates everything for our sales team.

Take the time to learn it. You will see it has capabilities that you didn't even know it could do! This will help you get the full use out of it.
