What do you dislike?

I wish there was an intercom or paging feature. It would be a lot easier for quick internal messages, and make things like meetings and events more convenient. I also wish could have notes on the caller/conversation on the call screen itself, so you don't have to go back and forth between pages.

What do you like best?

It is very nice to not be tied to my desk for work calls, and still have that option if necessary. I love the intuitive user interface, everything is neatly laid out. The integrations with other online services are wonderful as well.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to reply to texts with a cell number while keeping the Dialpad number as Caller ID

Possibility of using while travelling and the ability to forward texts

I drop some calls and sometimes have an echo. If I am playing music and an incoming call comes in, the music continues playing (on IOS) I have also had some problems where I get disconnected in the middle of a call and where the other person can;t hear me but all in all it;s a great tool and I like it a lot

What do you like best?

can use on multiple devices, save contacts easily. Talk to coworkers, talk to clients. Easy to use, easy to call people, amazing product. Being able to make calls on all devices and switching between devices is my favorite feature.

Drop phone calls is really annoying when you’re talking

Some strange interactions with activating on the phone when your headset is plugged into the computer. This has cause confusion since I can't hear through my headset since the call connected on my phone. The fix is to hang up, turn off the device you're not using and call again on the device you want to call through.

What do you like best?

App functions like a second phone on your phone and computer. Calls are clear and I have never experienced any dropping. Love that I can text through the app and keep work and personal messages separate.

Sometimes, when I try to text photos, they don't go through. That's really it though.

The text feature is great. Makes it easy to connect with my constantly moving customers.

I have used Dialpad for about 6-8 months now, and after using Google Voice, as well as other business phone apps, I have no complaints or dislikes at all. The price is very reasonable for all of the features,nd it is easy to adapt into a mobile business like ours where we need a great, stable app like Dialpad on desktop Macs and iphones or androids.l

What do you like best?

Dialpad is easy to use and intuitive. We started with Google Voice but moved to Dialpad to handle our business phone calls and texts in a more professional manner, and it works great!

I do not like the fact that this drops a lot (due only to my internet stinking).

I like the seamless integration, from my desktop to my mobile the most I think.

I do not have any recommendations at this time, everything has worked as soon as I was logged in. this software has never given us any trouble nor frustration.

The transfer call function is sometimes not up to speed.
